Is This You?

You’re dealing with pain that keeps coming back.

Whether it’s your low back, knee, shoulder, or something else, it flares up with training and never fully resolves — you want to understand why, not just manage it.

You’ve tried PT before and it didn’t stick.

A previous plan focused on the painful area without ever looking at what was actually driving it, so the same problem kept resurfacing.

You want to keep training, not just get out of pain.

You’re motivated to stay active long-term and want a plan built around performance and injury prevention, not just symptom relief.

What We Offer

Physical Therapy

One-on-one sessions devoted to finding the root cause of your pain, not just treating where it hurts. Every session is dedicated time with your physical therapist — never handed off to a tech or passed between providers. We build a comprehensive plan around your specific movement pattern and goals, typically delivering better results in fewer visits than a traditional insurance-based clinic, without the cost, downtime, or risk of injections or surgery.

Dry Needling

A hands-on technique used to address muscle tension, trigger points, and movement restrictions that are limiting your progress. We use it as one tool within your broader plan — not as a standalone fix — because lasting results come from addressing the movement pattern behind the pain, not just the tissue that's tight.

Blood Flow Restriction

A research-backed strength training technique that lets you build strength with lighter loads — ideal for early-stage rehab, post-surgical recovery, or anyone who needs to build strength without loading an area beyond what it's ready for yet.

Recovery

Compression therapy, cold whirlpool, and electrical stimulation to support recovery between sessions and help you keep training consistently instead of constantly backing off.

COMING SOON: Sports Medicine

On-site athletic training coverage for sporting events, providing immediate orthopedic and sports injury care. If you're organizing or running a team, league, or event in the Fort Worth area, we're building out the ability to have a Licensed Athletic Trainer on-site when it matters most.

COMING SOON: Functional Medicine

A food-first approach to gut health, hormonal dysfunction, and underlying issues that don't show up on a standard orthopedic exam — because sometimes what's holding back your recovery isn't purely mechanical.

How It Works

1. Book a free phone consult.

A no-pressure conversation to understand your goals, your history, and whether we’re the right fit before you commit to anything.

2. Get a one-on-one evaluation.

We assess your movement patterns, discuss your goals and background, and identify what’s actually driving your pain — not just where it hurts.

3. Follow a plan built around you.

A progressive program built around your specific findings and what you want to get back to, adjusted as you respond.

FAQ

We’re cash-based and out-of-network, which means there’s no insurance company dictating how long we can see you or what services we’re allowed to provide — just what your goals and evaluation call for. We accept HSA/FSA, and we provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

With cash-based care, you get one-on-one time with your physical therapist for the entire session — not split between multiple clients or handed off to an aide. There’s no cap on the type, quantity, or duration of care based on your diagnosis or insurance plan. That means we can build a plan around what actually gets you results, not what a policy allows.

No referral is required to get started. You can reach out directly and begin with a free phone consult.

It depends on your goals and where you’re starting from. Because sessions are one-on-one and the plan is built specifically around your findings, many clients see meaningful progress in fewer visits than a traditional clinic — we’ll give you a realistic timeline after your evaluation.

Most clients who come to us have tried PT before. The difference is time and depth: a full session with your physical therapist, every visit, focused on finding what’s actually driving your pain rather than just treating the symptom in front of us.

Dry needling is one tool we use as part of a personalized plan. We don’t offer single-modality visits because lasting results come from addressing movement patterns, not just treating symptoms.

Yes. We offer remote movement coaching and programming for client who can’t visit in person. This is ideal for technique feedback and ongoing support
