Dry Needling
A hands-on tool for muscle tension and movement restrictions
Dry needling uses thin, filiform needles to target muscle tension, trigger points, and restrictions that limit how you move. It’s not a standalone treatment — we use it as one tool within a broader plan, because lasting results come from addressing the movement pattern behind the pain, not just the tight tissue itself.
Commonly Used For
- Chronic muscle tightness and trigger points
- Tension-related headaches
- Shoulder and neck tightness from desk work or training
- Tendinopathy
- Muscle guarding around a joint that’s limiting your range of motion
How It Fits Into Your Plan
If you’re already working with us, ask whether dry needling makes sense as part of your plan. If you’re new, it’s typically incorporated into a physical therapy evaluation rather than booked on its own — we’ll tell you plainly if and when it’s the right tool for what you’re dealing with.
