Getting Started
Do I need a referral to see you?
No referral is required. You can reach out directly and start with a free phone consult whenever you’re ready.
Do I need a diagnosis already, or can you help me figure out what's going on?
You don’t need to already know what’s wrong. Most people come to us without a clear diagnosis — figuring out what’s actually driving your pain is exactly what your evaluation is for.
What happens during my first visit?
We start with your story — what’s going on, when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you’re trying to get back to. From there, we assess how you actually move: strength, mobility, and which positions or movements reproduce your symptoms. You’ll leave with a clear picture of what’s driving your pain and a plan to address it.
How do I book an appointment?
Start with a free phone consult — a no-pressure conversation to talk through your goals and confirm we’re the right fit before you commit to anything.
Are you currently accepting new patients?
Yes. Book a free phone consult to get started.
Payment & Insurance
Do you take insurance?
We’re cash-based and out-of-network, which means there’s no insurance company dictating how long we can see you or what services we’re allowed to provide.
What's the difference between cash-based and insurance-based PT?
With cash-based care, you get one-on-one time with your physical therapist for the entire session — never split between clients or handed off to an aide. There’s no cap on the type, quantity, or duration of care based on your diagnosis or insurance plan, so we can build a plan around what actually gets you results.
Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Yes, we accept HSA/FSA cards.
Can I get reimbursed through my insurance?
We provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts depend on your specific plan.
What To Expect
How long are sessions?
Sessions run 60 minutes, one-on-one with your physical therapist the entire time.
What should I wear or bring to my first appointment?
Comfortable clothes you can move in — workout clothes or something similar. If you have imaging results (X-ray, MRI) or notes from another provider, feel free to bring those, but they’re not required to get started.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals and where you’re starting from. Because sessions are one-on-one and the plan is built specifically around your findings, many clients see meaningful progress in fewer visits than a traditional clinic — we’ll give you a realistic timeline after your evaluation.
I've already tried PT and it didn't work — will this be different?
Most clients who come to us have tried PT before. The difference is time and depth: a full session with your physical therapist, every visit, focused on finding what’s actually driving your pain rather than just treating the symptom in front of us.
Can I keep training while I'm being treated?
In most cases, yes. Part of building your plan is figuring out what you can safely keep doing, so you don’t lose the progress or routine you’ve already built.
Logistics
Where are you located?
3300 Bryant Irvin Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76109 — located within CERA (Corporate Employees Recreation Association).
Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available and it is handicap accessible.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Do you offer telehealth or virtual visits?
Yes. We offer remote coaching and programming for clients who can’t make it in for an in-person visit — ideal for technique feedback, exercise progressions, and ongoing support between sessions.
Do you treat kids, or only adults?
We work with youth and adolescent athletes dealing with orthopedic injuries and pain, not just adults. If you’re bringing in a younger athlete, we’ll tailor the evaluation and plan to their age, sport, and stage of development.
